PLATFORM TYPES
Trust Issues features a variety of deceptive platform types designed to challenge player expectations:
- Fake Platforms: Appear solid but disappear when stepped on
- Falling Platforms: Collapse after a short delay
- Moving Platforms: Shift horizontally or vertically
- Invisible Platforms: Only visible when close or under certain conditions
- Conveyor Belts: Push the player in unexpected directions
- Bounce Pads: Launch the player with varying force
TRAP MECHANICS
The game includes multiple spike trap behaviors that add layers of complexity:
- Static Spikes: Always visible and deadly
- Moving Spikes: Patrol platforms or walls
- Hidden Spikes: Appear when triggered
- Control Inversion Zones: Reverse player controls temporarily
GAME MODES
Trust Issues offers different gameplay experiences:
- Normal Mode: Standard gameplay through 12 levels
- Mirrored Mode: Controls are flipped for extra challenge
- Level Restart: Quick restart on player input (R key)
